Well, hidy-ho there, reader! If you’re looking at this page then I assume you want to know a bit about me. My name is Emi, and it’s nice to meet you. By day I'm grad student studying publishing at Rosemont College and by night I'm an obsessive reader. I started blogging in July 2010 as a way to learn more about books, the publishing world, and social networking. Though I love all kinds of science fiction and fantasy, I'm particularly fond of medieval-based fantasy. What can I say? I have a thing for swords, castles, knights and wizards. My favorite series is The Immortals Quartet by Tamora Pierce. Those books literally changed my life.
I do a lot of writing in my free time. When I'm not writing, I like to watch tv, play Poke'mon, hang around renaissance fairs, obsess about Walt Disney World, eat Japanese food, and occasionally draw in Photoshop. Oh, which reminds me--all of the graphics on this site were drawn and colored by yours truly, and the octopus' name is Gregory Valiant.

I will accept physical and digital copies of a book, as long as the file can be read (or converted to be read) on a Kindle. Turn around time for review requests is 1-2 months, unless special arrangements are made to accommodate a blog tour schedule.
